FLAP-R-DOOR
The Flap-R door is designed for use in all industrial and warehouse
applications where a temperature controlled environment is desired
such as Food Processing, Cold Storage Warehouses, Manufacturing
Plants, Restaurant and Retail Stores.

Standard Features:
Heavy duty, Galvanized steel, self closing gravity hinges that mount at the top
   of door jambs, eliminating the need for bottom hinges that can be damaged
   and restrict traffic.
2-ply Green USDA accepted vinyl coated nylon totaling 80 ounces of weight
   per sq. yd.
10" high mounting brackets, 1/4"
   thick welded reinforced steel. 		Temperature range from -20ºF to + 120ºF
18"w x 15"h clear vision area
3/8" diameter mounting holes
5/8" diameter rod
3" doo overlap to ensure better thermal barrier
Top anti-friction bushing
Bottom low wear bearing Optional Extras:
Wear Panels can be applied where sharp edged loads or motorized traffic

Standard wear panels consist of 0.125" thick USDA abrasion and cut resistant
   Surlyn material and are mechanically fastened.
