swinging doors are easy
to install and easy to use. They open
with minimum force and close
automatically in seconds. The closing
speed is fully adjustable and the
polished stainless steel Clear-Valu®
hinges are guaranteed not to rust or
corrode. Crystal clear panels are
available in both cooler and freezer
formulation in .080” and .120”
thickness. Panels are packaged flat,
not rolled, to insure straight hanging
for a tight seal. In addition, Clear-
Valu® doors can be field adjusted
and modified for a perfect fit. The
complete Clear-Valu® door includes
mounting hardware. |

Center hinge bracket ¾” from top of opening. |

Using hinge bracket as a template (Diagram 1), mark the |

mounting
holes and drill accordingly for the type of fasteners
(not supplied) to be used. Make sure that the hinge bracket
is plumb, square and that the offset arm assembly is level
and horizontal to the floor. Shim as needed. Even though the
hinge brackets are designed for bolts, the arm assemblies
may be permanently welded to your doorframe |
