Overall Features
Single or double reeved models available.
Cross-mounted low headroom models available.
230/460-volt motors standard 115/230 volt (single phase, up to
   1 HP only.) 575 and 208 volt single-voltage motors are optional.
H-3 Duty Class with Class B motor insulation.
NEMA-3R enclosures
Hoist motor uses sold state starting switch which offers greater
    reliability than conventional centrifugal switches (single phase only).
Two-speed motors available with 3 to 1 speed ratio (three phase
    only).
Capacity limiter on all models. Prevents lifting at damaging
    overloads while operating hoist.
Dual brake system consists of mechanical load brake and multiple
    disc. direct acting motor brake.
Adjustable upper and lower limit switches prevent hoist damage
    due to overtravel.		 wire rope hoists
Machined steel drum with uniform, precise grooving provides smoother
   drum winding and longer rope life. 20.1 drum to rope diameter ratio.
Oil-filled transmission runs cooler and lasts longer.
A specially designed pushbutton station is formed to fit the operator's
    hand, allowing for thumb or two-handed operation NEMA-3R
    standard.
Lug Mount: For Stationary mounting.
Plain & Geared Trolleys:
Trolley adjustable for 6" to 18" American Standard I-Beams with
    recommended 4-foot minimum radius.
Available to fit wide-flange and patented track beams.
Fully machined, cast iron wheels equipped with sealed, lifetime
    lubricated precision ball bearings for long life.
Hand chain operated geared trolley available.
Four-wheel trolley side plates feature heavy duty bumpers to protect
   wheels and act as safety lugs (optional on two-wheel trolley)
Motorized Trolley:
Machined and heat-treated cast iron wheels
    equipped with sealed, lifetime lubricated precision
    ball bearings for long life.
Compact 4-button control station operates both hoist
    and trolley.
Trolley adjustable for 6" to 18" American Standard
    I-Beams with recommended 4-foot minimum radius.
Dual articulating trolley has excellent curved beam
    handling characteristics.
Available to fit wide-flange and patented track beams.
Trolley brake available.
Standard trolley speed is 35 FPM. Other speeds
    optional are 18, 24, 50, 75, 10 and 150 FPM.
Four wheel trolley side plates feature heavy duty
    bumpers to protect wheels and to act as safety lugs
    (optional on two-wheel trolley).
Two speed hoist/motorized trolley combinations are
    available, with 3 to 1 speed ratio (three phase only)

Wire Rope Hoist Ordering Information
All Electric Wire Rope Hoists (WR Models) are designed and built per ANSI B30.16 and our interpretation of the
National Electrical Code. As such, they include a motor brake, mechanical load brake, overload limiting clutch, upper
and lower limit switches (with an additional paddle type limit switch on all cross mounted WR 1’s & WR 3’s and all
WR 5’s), reduced voltage push button control, NEMA 3R weather resistant construction and 15 Ft. of power cord
for lug, plain trolley and hand geared trolley models. Standard U.S. 3-phase, 60 Hertz voltages of 200-208, 230/460
and 575 are available at no extra charge. Optional voltage of 115/230 single phase is available for units up to 1 H.P.
Motorized trolleys available beginning with standard speeds of 35 and 75 FPM.
