Now you can lift, tilt and drain drum contents with ease. A hydraulic lift and tilt system makes it simple to raise and tilt heavy drums. Vertical lifting track keeps drum reach constant through the full lift range. Dispense into a vat, hopper, mixer or other container up to 106" high. Manual lift and tilt also available. With Scale-Equipped Series, you know the weight of what you have poured! The digital indicator keeps you informed of the drum weight. You will be able to weigh even while pouring. Power Lift and Power Tilt Options make drum handling easier and faster. There are separate hand controls for the power-lift and for power-tilt functions. Power-Lift Options ease drum lifting, but retain manual tilt control with pull chain and chain wheel tilt control. Power options are indicated by the 3-digit suffix on model numbers. All power options must be ordered on new units from the factory. Available Built-In Weighing Capability N-Type Scale Economical general purpose instrument for use in a variety of weighing applications. NOT for use in hazardous areas. Powered by six ordinary alkaline D-cell batteries. T-Type Scale Two Types of Scales are simple to use and to read. They enable accurate batching by weight. Both have touch pads that include numbers for tare entry. Four load cells accurately sense the weight regardless of the tilt angle of the drum. Battery saving "sleep" mode turns indicator off when scale is not in use. Features an intrinsically safe, ultra low power indicator which is Factory Mutual approved for use in many hazardous areas, and approved for all classes, groups and divisions of N.E.C. hazardous environment classifications. The hand pumped or air powered drum handler with this intrinsically safe weighing system may be used in many hazard areas where ordinary electric powered equipment would be prohibited. Note: Models with AC or DC powered lift and tilt options are NOT for hazard areas. • Display weight to 0.1 Lb. • Accuracy of +/-0.2 % • Handle drum to 800 Lb. Scale components will be installed and calibrated before leaving the Morse factory. However, the rigors of transportation may change scale calibration. The Bracket Assembly provides a brace at top and bottom of your drum to prevent it from slipping lengthways through the drum holder. The Bracket Assembly is required to handle a rimless plastic drum, and recommended to more securely handle a fiber drum. It adjusts for 31” to 39” tall drum. ACCESSORIES Drum Cones to control pouring and reduce dust while dispensing dry material from your drum. Start and stop dispensing with a slide gate or iris valve. Cones, and Clamp Collars to secure them to the drum top, are available for a steel or fiber drum 15.5" to 23" diameter. They are available with 45° or 60° angle and made of regular or stainless steel. New plastic drum cones, made of non- corroding polyethylene, have an asymmetric design to optimize product flow. Part # 4556-P Bracket Assembly. Part # 4556M-P Spark Resistant Bracket Assembly. The Top Rim Clamp grips the upper rim of your drum to prevent it from slipping through the drum holder. Use to handle a 55-gallon rimmed plastic or fiber drum. To handle a 55-gallon plastic drum with top rim, you must install either the Bracket Assembly or the Top Rim Clamp. Stainless Steel Drum Cones For your smaller drum, install the correct size Diameter Adaptor inside the MORcinch drum holder. They install easily without tools and are quickly removed. All Vertical-Lift Drum Pourers accept Diameter Adaptors for drums from 14” to 20.5” diameters. Those for 17.5” diameter or smaller have brackets at top and bottom of the drum, which adjust for a drum up to 38” tall. Spark resistant and stainless steel Diameter Adaptors are also available. Model 5SS-SG-45-23 Stainless Steel Drum Cone with Slide Gate and Model 7SS-23 Clamp Collar to secure cone on drum. We recommend the MORStop Tilt-Brake to automatically stop and hold the drum tilt angle on models with manual tilt control! It functions smoothly and quietly in both directions.
