TA SERIES AIR POWERED WINCHES
The New TA Series Air Powered Winches has
been developed through extensive customer input
and testing. With reliable radial piston air motors
and rugged heavy duty construction, these winches
are designed for years of dependable operation.
The compact design with planetary reducer inside
of the drum allows for the TA Series Air Winch to
be used in tight locations.
TA Series winches are designed to allow for easy
modification to suit specific application requirements,
these include special drum diameters and lengths,
grooved drums, speed changes and special finishes.
STANDARD WINCH FEATURES Important: It is the owner's or operator's responsibility to
determine the suitability of the equipment to its intended
use. Study all applicable codes, manuals and regulations.
Be sure to read the Owner's Manual supplied with the
equipment before operating it.
Welded steel frame and drum.
Minimum 18:1 D:d ratio.
Meets ASME B30.7 design requirements.
Motor mounted control valve.
Two year limited warranty.

Durable steel frame with-
stands extreme temperatures
and environments.		 Industry-leading heavy-duty brakes are
designed for 150% winch capacity.		 Our radial piston air motors
provide long life and reliable
torque.
OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES
 Automatic disc brake is spring engaged, air pressure
    released, and is oil cooled for extended duty
    cycles and long life. 		 Line guide constructed of steel and hand operated
    to help wire rope wind uniformly.
 Individual ABS Survey available upon request.

 Automatic band brake is spring engaged, air pressure
    released, and has heavy-duty construction that provides
    up to 150% holding capacity.
 Winch cage is built from heavy steel and provides
    convenient method for transport and tie down and
    helps protect winch from damage.
Replaces manual band brake.
 Heavy duty marine grade epoxy finish with zinc rich
    primer for protection in harsh environments.
 Control options include winch mounted full flow
    pendant control and remote control valve.
 Other options: many other options and drum
    modifications available, please contact us.
 Filter, lubricator and regulator package to maintain air
    quality to the winch.
 Muffler kit installs to exhaust ports to reduce air noise.
 Drum guard constructed of steel mesh, helps protect
    operator from harm and is adjustable for different rope
    pay-out angles.
