MODEL JLC TROLLEY SUSPENSION


JLCET and JLCMT Models - Plain and motorized trolley suspensions with all the features of the basic JLC models for added flexibility in a variety of applications.

MODE JLCET / PLAIN TROLLEY - For manual positioning of hoist and load.

MODE JLCMT / MOTORIZED TROLLEY - For faster positioning of hoist and load over longer distances. 35 or 75 FPM speeds standard - other speeds available. Trolley brake optional.

VOLTAGES - 115/230 - single phase; 230/460, 208, 380, 415, 575 - three phase, 60 hertz standard, 50 hertz available.

TWO-SPEED MOTORIZED TROLLEY MODELS - Optional with 3 to 1 speed ratio, three-phase, single voltage only.

WRAP-AROUND SIDE PLATES - Act as safety lugs and as bumpers to protect wheels. Available to fit American Standard I-Beams, wide- flange, and patented track beams.

PRECISION TROLLEY WHEELS - Machined, cast iron wheels with sealed, lifetime lubricated ball bearings for extended trolley life. Motorized trolley wheels are heat treated for added durability, with bronze and stainless steel wheels optional.

TROLLEY DESIGN - 4-wheel design negotiates 48” minimum radius curve, including patented track applications (60” for JLCET 2-Ton only). Specify track type and beam size.

MODEL JLC-V - Variable Speed Electric Chain Hoist

				INFINITELY VARIABLE SPEED CAPACITY - AT THE PUSH OF A BUTTON

				JLC-V MODELS - Redefining Lifting - now features a Variable Frequency Drive. The compact size of the drive unit allows neat and complete placement under the cover of the hoist. The JLC-V drives feature a Closed Loop System. The Closed Loop System provides additional load control in lieu of a secondary load brake by monitoring the movement of the load hook through the transmission. Combine this new JLC-V option with the renowned Coffing design features of a five-pocket load sheave, multiple-disc motor brake and overload clutch and you have the best performance value in the marketplace today.

				VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE BENEFITS -
				The VFD allows for unsurpassed load-spotting and inching capability. The VFD offers additional speed flexibility that standard 2-speed motors cannot offer. The soft starting and stopping of the unit is perfect for delicate applications and reduces the daily wear and tear on the hoist. Variable Frequency Drives can also be externally mounted to Motorized Trolley Units.

CONTROL OPTIONS - The standard 2-step buttons allow the operator to increase and maintain the lifting or lowering speeds. The optional 3-step buttons allow the operator to increase, maintain, or decrease the lifting or lowering speeds without interruption.

				VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE FEATURES -
				Closed Loop System that monitors the load hook's direction and speed; additional components monitor motor amperage to provide consistent and reliable operation. In-field, instant programming - from infinitely variable (12:1 speed ratio) to any intermediate, predetermined speed range. 24-VAC control inputs built-in.
CAPACITIES & LIFTS - Rated loads from 1/8 to 2 Tons, with lifting speed of 8 to 32 feet per minute depending on the capacity. Standard lifts of 10, 15 and 20 with other lifts available. Standard push-button drop is 4-feet less than lift.

				VOLTAGE & MOTOR OPTIONS - 230; 460; 208; 380; 575 - three phase. 60 hertz standard or 50 hertz available.
