- Roller bed with 1-3/8 in. dia. roller x 18 ga.
galvanized tube (12 in. - 18 in. OAW) and 2-1/2 in.
dia. tapered to 1-11/16 in. dia. Roller x 16 ga.
galvanized tube and 1.9 in. dia. straight rollers x
16 ga. galvanized tube (24 in. OAW). Mounted
in 6-1/2 in. x 12 ga. powder painted formed steel
channel frame. (For 138-LRSS) - Roller bed are with
1-3/8 in. dia. Roller x 18 Ga. galvanized tube spaced
every 1-1/2 in. Mounted in 6-1/2 in. x 12 ga. powder
painted steel frame. (For 138-LRCT) Roller bed with

- Take-ups provided to maintain proper
V-belt tension. Includes 4-3/8 in. dia. x 5/8 in. bore
V type take-up sheave. |

bearings are sealed, pre-lubricated with eccentric lock

The
Traffic Cop controls product flow from one
conveyor onto another. It allows products from one
line of traffic to flow freely, without interference from
another converging line of traffic. This eliminates collision
of products which may cause damage and disrupt
