This is the most ergonomic equipment available for transporting, manipulating, weighing and dispensing drums and roll materials, with models suitable for most any application. All models with the exception of forward rotating units are designed to fit through a standard 28” wide x 84” high doorway opening. Being completely counterbalanced units, having no outriggers as a means of stabilization, Drum & Roll-Haulers are designed to work in tightly confined production areas. The large industrial battery provides enough power to run continuously for a 2-shift operation without recharging. An Eagle-Grip™ 4 Series double clamping mechanism is optional for applications where handling drums in excess of 700 LB /318 kg or when the added security of a double clamping mechanism is required for handling heavy fibre drums. Non-Rotating Drum-Hauler™ models provide a completely ergonomic solution to handling drums over manual handling. Equipped with Eagle-Grip™ single or double automatic clamping mechanism, Drum-Haulers™ provide the safest handling method for all chimed plastic, fibre and steel drums. The all powered lift and travel features allow any operator to: • Handle drums in tightly confined areas    and aisles • Transport up and down ramps or inclined    floors • Remove or place drums on the side of a    pallet, floor scale, conveyor or secondary    containment pallet • Remove or place drums inside flammable    storage cabinets or drum warming ovens • Load or unload trucks, trailers and oversea    shipping containers either single or double    stacked. The low profile mast design give operators great forward visibility while lifting the drum a minimum of 20” above the floor. Other masts are available for double or triple stacking drums. Drum weight capacity is standard at 800 LB/ 363 kg. but available to 1500 LB/ 681 kg. There are variety of: single and two stage masts, clamps for gripping drums and rolls, and both side and forward rotators suitable for most any application. Most models are designed to fit through a standard 28” wide x 84” high doorway opening. Being completely counter- balanced units, having no outriggers as a means of stabilization, Drum & Roll-Haulers™ are designed to work in tightly confined production areas. Rotating models are equipped with control boxes to provide clamp and rotation functions. Control boxes have magnetic back plates on coil cords to enable the operator to rotate from behind or in front of the machine. The red deadman safety switch provided on all models must be depressed and held for the clamp/unclamp function to operate. An optional side shifter function may also be added to any left/right rotating model. DRUM-HAULERS™ WITH STRAP ROTATORS FOR DRUMS AND ROLL MATERIALS Strap Rotators are the most economical means to secure drums or roll materials. Two nylon straps are secured around the load using two heavy-duty ratchet mechanisms. Strap rotators secure drums or roll materials having diameters from 24” to 9”. Special models are available for larger diameters. The hydraulic rotator revolves 360 degrees, left or right. Shown with optional FM Approved “EE” option. DRUM-HAULERS™ WITH FORWARD CLAMP ROTATORS Forward Clamp Rotators are provided on single or two stage masts for applications where forward rotation is necessary. Rotators tilt drums forward 180 degrees for dispensing. Hinged jaws lined with white non-marking rubber grip plastic, fibre and steel drums with diameters from 20” to 24”. Small drum adapters are available for smaller size drums. Available with single or two stage masts for higher dispensing heights. Finished in safety orange powder coating or optional “Steel-It” epoxy. Optional: Scales permit dispensing by weight. Shown with FM Approved “EE” Rating. DRUM-HAULERS™ WITH SIDE CLAMP ROTATORS THE ERGONOMIC SOLUTION TO DUMPING DRUMS Side Hydraulic Clamp Rotators are the most compact and widely used of all Drum-Hauler™ models. Having a 27.25” overall width x 77-1/4” overall lowered height enables the transporting of drums through standard doorways and into tight production areas. Capable of removing or placing drums from pallets, pallet racking, cabinets, spill pallets and conveyors as well as dispensing by weight eliminates the need for several pieces of equipment in congested production areas. Capacities available to 1000 LB / 454 kg Lift heights available to 120” / 3048 mm Clamping jaws rotate 360 degrees left or right for dispensing.
